• Created and implemented a comprehensive Safe Routes to School program for the City of Portland’s Safe Routes to School program at 19 schools, managing five full-time staff, seven contractors, and collaborated with four.

 Managed the day-to-day administrative operations of non-profit planning and policy coalition with 90 member organizations, including establishing new federal 501c3 status, creating personnel policies, complying with insurance and legal requirements, payroll, benefits, and all other administrative needs.  Led process to create new identity and branding.
