Rob is responsible for governance and oversight activities supporting Wells Fargo’s internal control over SEC and regulatory reporting. He manages teams that implement, maintain, and provide oversight of key internal policies including the Regulatory Reporting Governance & Oversight Framework, the COSO Policy, and various other accounting control policies. He and his team manage the governance processes for Wells Fargo's SOX Disclosure and Regulatory and Risk Reporting Oversight Committees, and partner closely with other governance and strategic initiative teams across the company to provide appropriate coverage and credible challenge.
