I am seeking a management position in the areas of Operations, Support, Technical Support, or Infrastructure Support. I am expert at scaling the organization through innovations geared to improve human processes and technology processes. I have done so by identifying the hidden values in the areas that I manage, turning them into a scalable organization that returns value while decreasing the bottom line of the business. I am a motivator of those I lead by listening, looking, seeing and understanding their needs that will help and drive them to be an invested owner of their role and responsibility.I have held various management roles in the area of operational support and IT Management for approximately 30 years. The most common theme in my career has been to be an Agent of Change, maintain foundational standards while being elastic to adopt the changes that are needed in an ever changing industry. My biggest joy was the ability to establish strong working relationships with each business unit that you have to depend upon for the success of the business.I subscribe, practice, teach and coach a “IT’S YOUR SHIP” management philosophy. I believe that by challenging your employees to be vested not only in their jobs, but in themselves personally. Use their personal objectives to achieve their career objectives while succeeding in their role through their own success and failures, then they own their work, take greater pride in their work and gain a greater satisfaction in their work. The end result is the company produces a better service and product and the Employee becomes a desired resource. I also employ a "Failure Is Not An Option, it's an opportunity for success as my own personal practice for achieving success. The first thing I teach is, do not be afraid of failing, embrace it, seize the opportunity to get better.I do not depend upon others to motivate me. I expect myself to create my own greatness, which is why I rise up each morning, blessed, grateful and ready to challenge me to be a better man, a better father, a better friend, a better coach to give to those I work with the very best I have to give. I am my own greatest critic and I am my own hardest compliment, because I love succeeding at what I am responsible for doing.
