Appriss is a data solutions and analytic company partnering with the markets of Public Safety, Criminal Justice, Health Care and Risk Management. In October of 2022. Equifax acquired Appriss Insights. I was asked to be part of the transition team and lead the moving of Appriss's Global Support Team into the Equifax platform. As part of that project, my position was then eliminated and I was retired on December 31st, 2023. While at Appriss I have directed teams with staff levels as low as 10 members or as large as 70 members. The areas included the following: Directed Development group that predominately provides business and process automation. All groups were responsible for meeting both OLA and SLA requirements. IT Service Management/ITIL Process OwnerService Now OwnerDirected System and Platform Support teams that included Tier 1 and Tier 2 personnel. All groups were responsible for meeting both OLA and SLA requirements. We wanted to honor my late wife, Holly Popeck by establishing a charity that will assist underprivileged students in Oldham County. Holly was very instrumental in raising money, initiating projects and volunteering to help both the grade school and middle school in Oldham County. She did this so that students could focus on their development as students. So Holly's Wish was created because it was her wish that every student could go to school and have nothing to worry about except being a student.
