As Director of Service for the Indianapolis office, Rob is responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales for EMCOR Services Shambaugh (ESS), covering the mid-central territory in the State of Indiana. He reviews all projects and service PM Agreement estimates, while communicating daily with the sales team as they develop value strategies for new and existing customers. Rob also works with Service, Special Projects/Construction, and the Chiller Division to coordinate manpower within the entire ESS team to make sure work is completed on-time and under-budget.
