After moving to Lexington, KY in early 2000 I attended The Universiy of Kentucky and worked for Galls Inc., a company that sells police, fire, and EMT equipment. I started in customer service and worked my way up through various departments until I left in 2003. After receiving a call from a former manager at Galls Inc., I changed careers and industries, and began working with Palmer Snyder Furniture as the only customer service representative for the entire company. As our company grew, I moved into a semi-management role as Team Leader for the national sales dept. amongst various other roles. I contributed to product development, training, contracts, etc. During my tenure at PS I graduated from Sullivan University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing.Presently, I am a Territory Manager for McCourt Manufacturing, based in Fort Smith, AR. McCourt is a US Manufacturer of furnishings for various markets and specializes in furniture solutions that are lightweight, portable, and storable. In fact, McCourt is the only company that manufactures four key products in the US: chairs, tables, dance floor, and storage systems. Our product portfolio includes various styles of banquet, conference, cafe, and activity tables, various styles of folding and stackable seating, indoor/outdoor dance floor, and storage solutions. The founder of McCourt, Mr. Charles McCourt was recently named to the American Rental Association Hall of Fame. Mr. McCourt lost his battle with cancer in 2012, however ownership and management still remain in the McCourt family. Charles' son, Mark, is the President and continues to carry on the values and traditions passed down from his father.
