I am passionate about becoming a Mechanical Engineer and having an impact on the future of the design process. My goal is to come up with new and unique ways to problem solve in order to utilize time more efficiently and effectively in the workplace. Creating a more viable workplace will not only allow for the design process to thrive, but for it to expand beyond what capabilities it already has. My background in Mechanical Engineering spans multiple years back and consists of numerous crucial experiences and skills. For example, I have taken Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, and Advanced Engineering Mathematics, which have all wired my brain to always think in a problem solving fashion. Additionally, I have experience on SolidWorks with creating virtual 3D figures, as well as hands on in the workshop with CNC milling machines and lathe operating. Lastly, I worked on a team of four other Engineers to create a motion-sensor fortune teller. All of the coding was done on Visio, and through great teamwork abilities, we came together and created a real-life hand motion fortune teller that ran through extensive coding to relay a unique message to the participant.
