I spend limited amount time in scales and most generally in pickup/deliveries which is great to keep the miles higher.As being an Indepent Owner OperAtor I extended out as having an excellent OTR and work with breakdown division that work very hard at getting the equipment serviced as quickly as possible but keeping it safe - they can't help it that service departments take forever, as it seems.As an Owner I try to help other drivers and, even having to get wet and help chain, giving advice, or just waving as they drive by. This is the best part of being Independent - the Way Tryckibg Used To Be!!!Its great to have support and knows there help.

No company is perfect!GTI is an excellent and stable company. Even only being a few months, it appears to be a long-lasting company and agreement. Also, as within a new company, I disagree with some things, but the Dispatcher's "DM" are great people - there are some bad apples - yet their training section is a great introduction to the Qualcomm is understanding and workable. GTI prides themselves with one-time/safe deliveries and their credibility is awesome amongst DOT. I spend limited amount time in scales and most generally in pickup/deliveries which is great to keep the miles higher.GTI has an excellent OTR - breakdown - division that work very hard at getting the equipment serviced as quickly as possible but keeping it safe - they can't help it that service departments take forever, as it seems.GTI drivers try to help each other and in all probable causes, even having to get wet and help chain, giving advice, or just waving as they drive by. This is the best part of the company. Its great to have support and knows there help.GTI offers competitive wages amongst others in the industry. The biggest thing I disagree is, not getting paid for 34 hour restarts (mandated by DOT) when away from home. They pay on experience, so more is better.
