I also am accountable for UX for the broader Consumer Industries SaaS products (~12), ranging from user research, low & hi-fi, user assistance. Team based in China, US, Canada & Germany. We are headquartered in Newport Beach, CA.I built the product management and UX function for our team in Newport Beach, starting with a handful and growing to two dozen by 2021. Next to hiring, the focus was on establishing a team culture and operating processes for which we combined Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile practices and married them to SAP product standards for a custom operating model which we dubbed "Eureka Collaboration Model".Focus on clients in North America and Europe.
