President of Rader Logic LLC. Acting as Manager of the company and a Lead Consultant on projects focused on utilizing GIS in the utility industry.

As part of Deployment, the goal of this position is to implement customer required business workflows using enterprise systems. I may fulfil the role of Architect, Integration Lead, QA devloper or support a project Debug. The requirements for each project change, however they all center around initial implementation of out of the box systems then.

As part of development for the geodatabase I focused in the complex enterprise data structures and our ability to scale while consuming them. This work was done though software achitectural input at the design phase, development of testing and documentation through the initial beta. As every product engineer in the company can tell you, the position is.

This was a professional position representing ESRI to customers. The job required analysis of user supplied code samples, Networks, Web Servers, J2EE Applications, and ESRI products to help customers and business partners provide High Availability and Fault tolerant services. To accomplish these goals the job regularly required the creation or adaptation.

Projects of note:- For my role in the Northwood Automated Schmoo Test/Analysis project (Used to validate 800MHz FSB) I received the highest award possible within Intel, the Intel Achievement Award. - Created tools to help our CAD team using Cadence software: 1) Bump match comparisons between FR4 and Die package. (written in PERL ) 2) Automate 90% of new.

Entry level position at Intel to gain experince with the processor design process. Initial projects were correlation of simulation to real silicon and FR4 material. The position evolved into the design automation postion where upo I moved to Oregon and worked with the Desktop Processor team to automate testing and provide the CAD team tools for validating.
