Qualifications:Sample consulting engagements include:• Co-Led team responsible for current state assessment and future state recommendation of “Investment Book of Record” (IBOR) functional operating model for a large multi-strategy endowment. Project deliverables included tactical recommendations regarding the operational control environment between the endowment asset manager and their global custodian/administrator. • Led implementation of redesigned “Cash Management and Forecasting” operating model for a major public pension system. Implementation included team organization and training, forecast modeling, accuracy analysis report design, creation of escalation policies and procedure documentation. Project resulted in materially increased transparency and improved forecasting accuracy. • Co-Led project team responsible for development of Financial Office with the integration of a newly created position of Chief Financial Officer for a major public pension system. Project included business process redesign of cash management functions and financial management reporting. Deliverables included for all three project areas, a current state assessment, recommended future state and a mid-level implementation road map. • Led operations review of major fund administrator’s servicing model of hybrid private equity / venture capital client. Areas of focus included data management, client communications, NAV production, financial reporting and custody management.
