• Responsible for delivery of operational and design criteria and reference documents to support Shell’s exploration, development, and production activities in all regions of the Americas, with emphasis on Alaska and Gulf of Mexico.• Designed and executed site characterization programs that collected data used for basis of operational support and engineering advice.• Developed and operated ice and weather forecasting program that was in continuous operation for 9 years.
