Received and negotiated 5 separate term sheets which resulted in one eventual joint venture partner with an equity commitment of over $30Million.Performed frequent ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary, including property valuations, lease analysis, development proformas (in Excel and Argus), waterfall return calculations, and joint venture structure analysis.Co-managed Tri-land’s legacy assets and, together with bankruptcy counsel and Tri-land CFO, strategically positioned the assets for best results through the legal system and secured creditor disputes. Built complex model detailing the waterfall and return structure for $2.5 Million of new equity investor capital for a six-property portfolio and assisted in the preparation of Reg. D Private Placement Memoranda and Investment Summary for potential subscribers into a complex new ownership structure. -
