I am responsible for monitoring and maintaining a large ACD, Domain, Network, Video, and Voice System. This is accomplished through strict adherence to policies and procedures in place, which require a high level of attention to detail and integrity. I graduated from Basic Combat Training on August 19th 2010. I graduated from Advanced Individual Training on Jan 26th 2011. I deployed in Iraq with the 62nd Signal Battalion in April 2011 to November 2011. I was promoted to the rank of Sergeant on September 1, 2012. I was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant on January 1, 2018.As a Senior Nodal Network Systems Supervisor I am responsible for the planning, design, installation, and management of the data, voice, and video networks and equipment of the Army. My systems serve as the communications backbone for my customers and their equipment. I am trained and a subject matter expert on the Armys' Tactical Controller Node. Utilizing this equipment I have supported over 250 subscribers in a multitude of different environments and locations. Resulted in proper documentation of over 100 exceptions and reduced troubleshooting time by 30%.Provided SQL database optimization for customer reducing redundant information by 23% and improving query accuracy by 15%.

Guided and developed other students in core and elective classes relating to Computer Information System Program.
