Established development methodologies and best practices to ensure timely release of software with a high degree of quality. Provided product direction, prioritized enhancements and bug fixes, facilitated team training, and resolved issues for business users. Utilized analysis reports to track and trend development progress during release cycles.

ROLE: Enhanced the Data Warehouse product offering through business requirements gathering (BRD), writing functional specifications (FSD), quality assurance (QA), automated testing, and product support. Interfaced with developers and clients to deliver the solution, performed quality and system performance tests, and certify business requirements were met. Developed and standardized the first Test Template and Test Methodology. Created and taught a SQL course aimed at new hires to speed up on-boarding.

Responsible for identifying client requirements for the implementation of the Eagle Data Management application. Data storage needs were met through weekly client meetings along with detailed specifications, which mapped clients’ business data into the Eagle data model. As part of the job role I interfaced with developers, who created the data loaders which populated client vendor feeds, to ensure processing requirements and data validations were met. Lastly, I performed a quality assurance by documenting my own test plans to certify the loader functioned as expected.Being one of the more technical analysts in the team, I developed a test methodology in the first 6 months of employment after seeing many team members struggled with how to certify their data loader designs. I rolled the concept and supporting database queries and documentation to all members to ensure the same level of testing could be reproduced in each team. Due to its success I created an official training class, which was made a mandatory requirement for new employees to the group.

Linedata provides a cloud-based platform which enables portfolio management, trading, risk, compliance and fund administration across all asset classes.ROLE: Managed a support desk of 6 employees, who's responsibilities were to assist clients using the product, a Trade Order Management system. Responsible for issue resolution and the tracking open calls. Interfaced with Account Management, Custom Technical Services, and Product Development to close issues that involved bugs/defects or functional gaps.Before being promoted to manager, I was the senior technical support analyst with roles that also included client technical training, product install and upgrade support, as well as quality assurance.

Teradyne is a developer and supplier of automatic test equipment for semiconductor devices and integrated circuit boards.ROLE: Test Engineer within the Warranty Parts and Replacements group for the repair of Teradyne's automated circuit board test systems. Responsible for the analysis of warranty failures. Worked with repair technicians and product engineering groups to understand issues with various designs of circuit boards. Lead and participated on many quality initiative projects (TQM) to improve quality of products and processes.
