Manager of the in-house mechanical design group, a part of the Altran World Class Center - Innovation and Design - Sweden.

My tasks as Group Manager Technology are concerning most types of activities within the department. The department is split in sub groups of which one I am responsible of. The department as whole consists of more than 60 mechanical designers, development engineers and technical project managers. Responsibilities and work tasks are among other, to recruit employees, introduce, coach and staff assignments, close dialogue with the consultants, monitoring their work and development, monitor and ensure the completion of high quality. Financial responsibilities are included, such as budget and financial follow-up. Within sales & marketing tasks are such as processing of new customers, up to date on market developments and their needs and customer care with regular check-ups. To develop and endorse a sound working environment for the group at the office and at customer is a important part my responsibilities. Furthermore also, to ensure that the work preformed is in accordance with company procedures and applicable operating systems. As manager it is my duty to convey the company's mission, vision and core values and represent them.

As a senior consultant, I have been in touch with a variety of different tasks and assignments to deal with. A span from from production lines within the food and package industry, mechanics within injection molded products on a production scale, heavy mining machinery, cost reduction projects, to some project management and coordination of activities.I worked with PDM-systems and CAD-programs, mainly PDM-link and PRO/E/CREO but I posses advanced knowledge within the better part of the CAD systems present on the market. The "Employee's Club SYD" started in 2003 by the employees at Knightec Malmö. I was elected and later reelected as Chairman of the board.Assignments, among many other, were to handle and hold activities for members. Plan ongoing activities and future ones. Handle the clubs account and balance it. Recruit new members among the newly employed. During my five years as Chairman I kick-started the club and brought it back on its feet. Redefined the standards and level of expectation for the held activities. The outcome was very appreciated and to this day the club functions on grounds we set back then.

Various assignments on several Tetra Pak divisions in Lund during the years as a consultant at Knightec.Assignments at Sealing Technologies, Filling machines development, mpfc, design transfer, cost reduction, change management, CRM. Various tools and systems used like creo, SAP R/3, C2, ect.Assignments typ and length varied, and were performed both at client and in-house at Knightec's office.

Initially as a mechanical engineer of machines constructed for bio- and the municipal sector. The assignment involved responsibilities for mechanical design, costumer specific adjustments, delivery coordination and SPoC for projects.
