I have three areas of expertise. The first is an ability to manage and train others: I pride myself on being able to maximize available human resources to meet company goals. I communicate well and can teach others any task that I understand myself. I recognize and reward strong job performance, while firmly addressing unsatisfactory that need to be corrected. My second large ability involves customer service: my enthusiasm and manner in helping clients to resolve challenges leaves them pleased and upbeat. To use my current job area as an example, this effort begins with listening closely to the customer's needs, then continues with presenting a range of potential options, and culminates (before completely the sale) with staging the solution to visualize the result. I'm adept with the subtleties of putting clients at ease - while truly involving them in the process of determining what will work best for them. I've worked with thousands of customers over the years, from high-end designers to DIY aficionados, and can report that it is common for people to say to me at the end of an encounter (in which they may spend anywhere from $500 - $15,000)..."That was fun!"Finally, I have a knack for company branding, custom graphics, and website design - offshoots of my quick imaging skills and "ear" for effective ad copy. I have a history of success in developing and maintaining an online presence for small business, enhancing customer outreach via social media accounts, and managing email marketing campaigns. I have a "sixth sense" for what buyers are looking for.
