His expertise spans talent and leadership development, organization alignment, and strategic planning, which he uses to create resilient, high-performing organizations.Previously Robert was with Orveon Global, where he oversaw human resources, facilities, and legal functions for a collective of high-impact beauty brands committed to integrity, co-creation, and sustainable cultural impact. Based in New York and backed by private equity firm Advent International, Orveon embraces innovation and growth across premium and prestige beauty sectors.Prior to that he was Co-CEO of WOOSH5 Inc., a tech-enabled e-coaching company, and founded two businesses focused on investment advisory services for Americans abroad. His career includes a tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer at NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI), where he led HR strategy for 28,000 employees worldwide and partnered closely with the Board’s Compensation and Nominating Committees. Before NXP, he served as SVP, Human Resources at LexisNexis, where he also held CEO responsibilities for its Asia Pacific businesses, driving a successful transformation into a global solutions provider. Earlier in his career he was with Reed Elsevier, Hasbro, and Mercer.In addition to his corporate roles, Robert has served as a Board Director for a private financial services business, a Trustee of Boys Town of New York, and Founder & Chair of the Global Business Coalition Against Human Trafficking. His ongoing commitment to the field includes Advisory Board roles for two global HR consulting firms. He holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell. Recognized for his contributions, he was honored with the United Nations Global Compact Business Leadership Award.
