- Responsible for creation and realization of business strategy and fulfilling commercial targets of company - Management of all activities of company in this region: creation of sells and marketing strategies, creation of pricing policy, acquisition of new B2B clients, participation in tender of public sector and municipalities- Communication and negotiation with existing clients and business counterparties, product sales and marketing support, management of employment policies in region, communications with mother company in Italy and presentation of sales results- Management of 12 person team and consequent relationship (motivation, control and evaluation of the team)

- Responsible for crisis management in field of sales and marketing, creation and fulfillment sales and marketing strategies, sales support, evaluation of sales results, negotiation with biggest clients and business partners - participation in tender of public sector and municipalities- achieved to reach twice multiplication of sales- management of the sales team, motivation, evaluation and control of the sales team

- responsible for management of dealing and for trading results with Czech and foreign securities- improvement of trading results, responsible for asset management- communication with Securities and Exchange Commission, fulfilling the legal requests- achieved successful reissue of the license of stockbroker for the company - management of 20 people team

- Responsible for complete project management of office buildings in value 100 millions CZK/project – business study of the project, acquisition of eligible land or property for development, negotiation with suppliers (architects, engineers, construction companies, real estate agents,…)
