Oversee the selection, implementation and on-going support for the HR, Benefits and Payroll solutions to replace 40 year old mainframe technology. As Business Owner, led the HCM, Benefits and Payroll workstreams in the implementation of Workday 16 and upgrade to 17. Oversaw business requirement sessions, executive interviews, process designs and definitions, configuration sessions, run book procedures, change management, security, reporting, testing, road shows, training, and end user guides. Currently overseeing the implementation of the Compensation, Time & Attendance, Time Tracking and Performance workstreams. Partnered with Shared Services to implement a seamless integration of all HR Systems with Neocase trouble reporting solution. Retired an antiquated, non-scalable and non-conforming Payroll System. Reduced the human capital required to maintain workarounds, streamlined processes, and increased compliance with Federal, state and local authorities while dramatically reducing manual opportunity for error. Enabled manager and employee self service for the first time at Guardian.
