Family Resource Centers Network of CA (FRCNCA) Early Start (ES) Project Director oversee FRCNCA ES Contract to ensure the expeditious delivery of outreach, information, and referral to generic services to families of infants and toddlers who are eligible or who may be eligible for Early Start in all 58 counties through local family resource centers. Works closely with the FRCNCA Steering Committee and the fiscal agent to implement the ES Program. Oversee and ensure all contract obligations and reporting requirements are met within the required timeframe in the contract. Provide training and technical assistance to Early Start Family Resource Centers (ESFRC) for all areas of the grant. Oversee the materials content and product and monitor and carry out implementation. Oversee development and content of the website and social media. Oversee logistics of face-to-face meetings and/or teleconferences.

The mission of the EFRC is to provide support, information and education for families of children with disabilities and the professionals who assist these families. By offering emotional support and factual information, EFRC enables families to help their children reach their fullest potential.Responsible for overall operations for the EFRC including:-Compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulations; plan, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services for the EFRC program. -Provide on-site management of the management team and support staff to ensure daily operations are achieved successfully.-Facilitate staff meetings and educational work sessions to strengthen staff competencies.-Oversee grants administration required by contracts including; evaluation, grant reporting, budgets and Human Resources documentation-Establish and maintain successful partnerships with both local agencies and statewide partners-Statewide lead for 16 CaPROMISE Family Resource Centers to provide Family Resource Center Institute pieces of training and provide a statewide multi-session Parent Leadership Strand.
