As a Deicer, my job is to remove contaminants and ensure compliance with the Clean Aircraft Concept, AC 120-58. Ensuring a safe environment during the de/anti-icing operation and make sure all company policies and procedures are followed. Uphold and follow duties related to de/anti-icing aircraft according to procedures for both airlines and IDS.

My duties as a Pilot Advisor include: coordinating new and prospective flight students, responding to inquiries through email and phone call, reporting maintenance issues with rental aircraft, schedule management for both the flight school and club rentals, giving tours to prospective flight students, managing club member onboardings and departures, providing excellent customer service to existing flight students and flight club members

My role as a Customer Service Representative for Eden Prairie Liquors is to support the overall liquor store operations by creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers by educating customers on products and merchandise.My duties include: Operating cash register, Deliver exceptional customer service, Maintain stock replenishment, Knowledge of Liquor and store rules, policies, laws, regulations, and procedures.

My duties as a Ramp Agent Supervisor included supervising below-wing operations for inbound and outbound Delta Connection flights. Managed flights and coordinated with Delta Operations. Achieved pushback license and fully trained on Lektro and towbar pushback.

Through the Step-Up program, I completed 2 summer long highschool internships with U.S. Bank. In year one, my duties were to do basic upkeep of network switchboards, assist employees with virtual machines using Vsphere and Vmware. In year 2, my focus was to assist in the development of new I.T. technology for U.S. Bank.
