Responsible for trading, on-boarding of new accounts and general administration of client/advisor requests using UMA and SMA Platform.Perform account maintenance, reconciliation of activities that include withdrawals, contributions, rebalances, corporate actions and billing inquiries.Serve as relationship consultant to firms with trading requests and maintenance items.

•Account reconciliation of daily trade activity – Managed and Non-Managed Accounts.•Set-up new securities and maintained vast security database – Effectively transitioned such security setups to new database. •Helped lead project in new accounts set-up and security set-up for client conversion – over 3,000 securities in short timeframe.•Effectively reconcile and manage DVP accounts daily – Ensure awareness to client of open items and work together to reconcile discrepancies•Manage optional reorganization database and help to reduce numerous manual workflows and processing inefficiencies. Actively trained and continued to assist team members on processes to ensure timely and accurate custodian instructions.
