Serves as reporting and security lead as well as general subject matter expert for Workday implementation, ensuring that the correct team members have the needed access to the correct information when the system goes live. Supports project teams as internal first point of contact and triage for post-go-live Hypercare issues through the establishment of Workday Help as a central hub for requesting aid and finding solutions. Manages cases with external partners as they arise through the AMS vendor’s ticketing system and as a Workday Named Support Contact. Crafts complex reports and dashboards for team members of all levels to facilitate their jobs through easy access to necessary and helpful information. Audits data and business processes to ensure the correct flow of information with the Workday system, and proactively addresses issues as they appear. Researches solutions to new requests in Workday Community and leads all aspects of its creation, from scoping to testing to Production move.

Designs and builds Advanced, Matrix, nBox, and other types of custom reports in Workday to support the needs of the business, utilizing complex calculated fields within them to extract the needed information. Constructs dashboards for easier visualization of data and more convenient access to needed tools, including using prompt sets to allow for greater focus by the customer. Creates and edits BIRT reports to allow for aesthetic formatting of documents (such as certificates for learning completion). Trains employees of all levels throughout the company on the usage of reports to make their jobs easier. Schedules reports to run automatically within Workday to deliver needed information to varied audiences. Contributes insights to new and ongoing projects in order to overcome roadblocks and offer different points of view. Manages JIRA tickets and Service Catalog forms in ServiceNow to handle incoming work.

Builds, tests, and maintains simple and complex reports from the PeopleSoft HCM for use by team members as well as to support data conversion efforts for Workday implementation. Acts as subject matter expert in the Learning, Reporting, and Security workstreams of Workday to assist in conversion efforts. Writes and executes test scripts for data validation and system configuration. Manages JIRA tickets concerning data and functionality issues within PeopleSoft.

As a member of the Workday Functional Team, serves as point of contact for issues regarding HCM security matters, including role assignment and creation, strategic usage and planning, assignment, and whitelisting and authorization matters. Continues to act as primary point of technical contact for the knowledgeworks LMS, and is a resource for HCM reporting concerns. Contributes to initiatives involving upgrades and new functionality to existing systems.

Responsible for creation, modification, maintenance, and scheduling of reports within the PeopleSoft and Workday HCM systems. Works with the company to determine data requirements and prioritize these requests into the work queue. Helps to train others to utilize existing reporting capabilities. Provides analytics based on system-generated data to show trends and suggest solutions to issues. Acts as primary point of technical contact for the knowledgeworks LMS.

Serves as subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HRMS, knowledgeworks LMS, and OrgPlus software. Identifies and recommends opportunities to maximize process and systems efficiencies. Engages system vendors to understand existing capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needs. Ensures training is provided and documentation is compiled on new systems functionality. Proactively manages HR system data to ensure integrity for day-to-day usage, reporting, and analysis purposes. Supports business partners with advanced reporting and analysis from various HR systems. Acts as liaison between company employees, Human Resources, and Information Systems.

Serves as technical contact for all HR functional areas and users of PeopleSoft HCM. Works independently to assist subject matter experts with HR data integrity, HR system integration and report writing. Ensures data integrity of the PeopleSoft system data by assisting with and troubleshooting system/data entry issues brought forth by HR users. Assists with vendor evaluations for third party solutions that support automation or efficiency gains.

Assists in the management of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and acts as the liaison between IS and end users. Coordinates HRIS project activities for new system development. Provides system training and serves as a resource for reporting requests.
