Robert brings over 20 years of experience in application design and development. He has hands-on software development experience with majority of the focus within Microsoft technologies. Robert has been involved in many projects ranging from two to one hundred people in size, while at times taking on multiple roles. These roles consist of software development manager, project manager, architect, IT strategist, technical lead, lead developer, technical consultant, system engineer, business analyst, and scrum master.Prior to Guidehouse, Robert worked for L3Harris and was responsible for leading a team of sixty developers and system administrators. For multiple clients, Robert has provided focused, implementable strategic advice to assist clients with moving to cloud-based systems and for how to best leverage the unique opportunities, efficiencies, and cost reductions offered by cloud-based platforms. For multiple commercial clients, Robert served as an architect, technical lead, and lead developer. He leveraged technologies such as .NET, Java, and C++ to develop solutions that improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and increased system resiliency.Robert earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Information Systems from Old Dominion University. He has also earned numerous certifications in both .NET development and cloud technologies.
