I am a Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience across the construction and training industry. During my career, I have worked for a number of the most respected Australian construction industry associations. This includes National CEO of the Civil Contractors Federation Australia between 2011 and 2014. I developed my career in construction from the ground up, including the roles of National Chair and State President for Group Training Australia, Member of Infrastructure Queensland for the Deputy Premier of Queensland and Director of Construction Skills Queensland. A trusted advisor on Utility damage prevention, I have spoken at a number of Australian and international conferences and industry events that include: - Civil Contractors New Zealand- Canadian Common Ground Alliance - US Common Ground Alliance As well as industry events in Chile, Brazil, South Africa, UK and Botswana. I am currently the CEO at CERTLOC LTD. Certloc offers certification for Locators working with Utility asset owners and contractors. The Certification recognises Locators who have demonstrated a high level of understanding and practical expertise that meet industry and utility requirements.
