I negotiated and contracted the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars brand showroom for central Europe in the hotel, as part of the newly renovated lobby. Our top floor 'Zlata Praha' restaurant and terrace is highly regarded in the city, and has the finest views of Old Town.It is a complex operation with many facets. The hotel had been in a steep 6 year market share decline.Some key highlights during my service at the hotel: - Occupancy reaching 96%, achieved this by strategically optimising the business mix and being very efficient in the daily operation of the hotel.- Became successful at securing long term contracts, up to 3 years in length. I travelled with my sales team extensive to Middle East and Europe to personally present, win and steal contracts from our competitors.- The hotel returned to positive market share growth after a steep 6 year decline.
