Commercializing science-based cleaning, disinfection and surface protection products. Our aim is to reduce health risks associated with surfaces contaminated with mold and pathogens, and reduce associated cleaning costs by keeping surfaces problem-free.

Tracked and reported on the company's strategy implementation for the BoD. Integrated strategic priorities into the company's business plan and developed a data strategy.- Developed and ran multiple workshops on the company’s strategy with various teams and the Board of Directors to increase understanding of and engagement with our strategic commitments- Led the company's KPI development initiative, worked with various teams to create team KPIs and with upper management on high-level organizational KPIs, as well as performance measurements for a 4-day work week pilot project- Participated in a pilot project to use data and statistical analysis to find data insights and provide them to auditors to improve audit quality and find discrepancies not normally seen during the course of an audit.- Created the financial model for the company's business plan and participated in revising the company's vision, mission, purpose and values.

Supported the company's financial planning and analysis, performed various ad-hoc analysis tasks on profitability, cost control and operations data. Supported the creation of a business plan and built the financial model for a brand new US-based sister-company.

Worked on financial modelling and report automation projects for global clients. Utilized Power BI to modernize and automate all financial reporting for a large company from Saudi Arabia.
