Shrink in DSD was reduced by 44% and sales were increased by over 10% during oversight.- Designed and implemented a new invoicing system using the EDI 857 transaction to streamline prohibitively large in-store deliveries and eliminate bottlenecks during peak receiving hours, increasing supplier throughput by 9%.- Increased invoicing via EDI by 86% in 2006, eliminating over $3M in cost discrepancies.- Successfully converted over 150 suppliers to EDI invoicing, eliminating the manual entry of over 10,000 invoices weekly- Worked closely with specific suppliers on special projects to develop customized best practices of DSD receiving using EDI where conventional methods were ineffective, reducing invoicing claims and settlements by up to 95%.
