Sr. Director Operations / Project Management Office
My responsibilities included operations quality and service improvement, policy and procedure, process improvement, fleet services, customer operations group, project management office, user side deployment of IT applications and major projects. In this role I managed +$30M in cost with a support staff of 50 people. I also served as acting head of gateways with total oversight of 600+ employees and a $97M operating budget. In addition to these roles I served as the lead project structure and controls director on many very large scale projects.
