My responsibilities included operations quality and service improvement, policy and procedure, process improvement, fleet services, customer operations group, project management office, user side deployment of IT applications and major projects. In this role I managed +$30M in cost with a support staff of 50 people. I also served as acting head of gateways with total oversight of 600+ employees and a $97M operating budget. In addition to these roles I served as the lead project structure and controls director on many very large scale projects.

Managed all phases of design and construction of nine highly critical systems based fiber transmission and cyber hosting facilities. Fast tracked schedules and incremental go-lives achieved within budget and early. Oversaw and managed all facility attributes on 100 critical system housing buildings.
