$450MM Integrated Services Company, focused on indirect material supply chain management activities (MRO) in US, Europe and Asia driving material and process savings while minimizing production downtime & stock-outs. Reporting to the VP European Operations, Pharmaceutical Life Science Division. Directing the day to day activities at 9 sites, directing 6 site managers, an indirect staff of 14 Procurement Specialists and an additional 37 Inventory Specialists serving JLL/Amgen, Genentech and Shire. Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, change management, strategic procurement, pursuing operational excellence, analytical decisions and managing an $80 MM procurement budget.• Implemented and managed operational integration of new Widows-based, Microsoft Dynamics CMMS and ERP systems.• Maintaining and promoting excellent communications with all key stakeholders and vendors.• Oversight of day to day purchasing operations, managing integrated supply contracts, substantial cost reduction by leveraging economies of scale.• Project lead FDA/cGMP Pilot program, developing process and procedures to verify compliance of materials purchased that come in direct contact with raw material ingredients. • Project leader for client closure of 4 US manufacturing sites, achieved client savings $1.8MM of cost of inventory, transferring viable materials to active sites.• Initiated global data cleaning/scrubbing and integrity process for 27K sku’s, identifying 4.3K erroneous duplications requiring correction or removal.• Developed and wrote MRO SOP’s for global standardization. Coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.• Facilitated communications between MRO team and client engineering team supporting monthly, semi-annual and annual PM/CM programs.• Implemented processes, establishing performance metrics (KPI) related to supply chain planning.• Provided safety leadership to ensure sites strict adherence to corporate safety standards.

Retained by Private Equity Investors for startup and first stage enterprises in the US and India. Primary contact for communications with state Finance Ministries and PM, legal counsel and Board of Directors, providing strategic leadership for all Business Operations and program activities. In partnership with the board and staff, established and implemented current strategy/planning, policies and long-range strategic plan and objectives. Participated in US Trade Mission to India (2008) and Turkey (2009) sponsored by US Commercial Services and FedEx and Global Investors Summit, Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, signing MOU with TRIFAC for $100MM Agro-Science and Food Industrial Park project development.

$1B Consumer Packaged Goods Company. Responsible for $80MM production operations budget for direct and indirect retail and wholesale baked goods. Directing hiring, purchasing, production scheduling, analytical data/cost controls, R&D, quality/HACCP program and contact center for direct store and internet sales distribution. Managed acquisition and merger of Buona Forchetta Artisan Foods, Charter Foods, Ernest Mueller Fine Baking and Studio Bakery into Mrs. Beasley’s without disruption in operations.
