• Review case report form (CRF) design• Design and/or review database structure• Write edit checks from the Data Cleaning Plan (DCP) specifications• Merge and/or restructure data to create derived analysis datasets to produce CDISC compliant databases (eg STDM, ODM, ADaM) for regulatory submissions• Production of integrated summaries of safety (ISS) and efficacy (ISE) which includes pooling of datasets as well as report generation, and preparation of files for eNDA submissions. Execute analyses specified in the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) or Report and Analysis Plan (RAP) under the guidance of the project statistician• Act as primary programmer to produce tables, listings, and figures for the clinical study report (CSR)• Act as secondary programmer to validate SAS programs that produce derived-analysis datasets and data analyses• Develop and maintain a reuse best practices sample code and macro library• Develop an interdepartmental SAS hints and techniques network• Mentor and coach others to do a job more effectively and/or to progress in their career
