• Review case report form (CRF) design• Design and/or review database structure• Write edit checks from the Data Cleaning Plan (DCP) specifications• Merge and/or restructure data to create derived analysis datasets to produce CDISC compliant databases (eg STDM, ODM, ADaM) for regulatory submissions• Production of integrated summaries of safety (ISS) and efficacy (ISE) which includes pooling of datasets as well as report generation, and preparation of files for eNDA submissions.
