His first job was within the HRM-area, but he quickly found out that the real choices are made in the Organization & Information Department. So, he switched to that area and met the challenge to find synergy between business processes and IT.
This was Robert Scheltens' first job. He successfully developed and implemented new HRM-policies for job development and personal assessment but also found out that this was not a good job to start with. He felt himself insufficiently familiar with the basics of operational business processes and after 3 years left for a job at the Postbank.
Robert Scheltens studied Organizational Psychology at the Rijksuniversiteit. His spend much effort on methodology and in retrospective.
