I am responsible for product development of for the own developed business process chain and business capabilities monitoring tool lightBSM and dashboard development in this tool.

I was responsible for building up the one and only business capabilities and IT process chain monitoring team of Deutsche Telekom IT in Kosice. I was responsible for a 24x7 operations team and small teams of business capabilities analysts, process chain managers and infrastructure managers responsible for process mining and and describing the business processes from the IT perspective to increase monitoring capabilities and process efficiencies.

I was focused on B2B partnership management, games and non-gaming content distribution, contract reviewing and negotiation as well as new business development. At Inlogic I was one of the main contact points for games publishers, content store managers, but internally also for game developers responsible for new gaming content development. On the entrusted markets, Inlogic achieved steady growth. In the last year I had a double role acting as PO for 2 Free2Play games handling customer requirements and their reflection in the products.

I translated several technical texts, user manuals, applications, legal documents, books and CV’s from Slovak to German and vice versa. I helped also with games localization into German and French at Inlogic.
