Production Control Supervisor
CurrentInitiate Work-Orders. Create task cards in accordance with current applicable maintenance data. Create work instructions in accordance with current applicable maintenance data. Prepare engine repair folders in accordance with the approved work scope/work orders. Preparing engine incoming and outgoing inventory lists. Request required parts and parts kits in SAP for engine repair in liaison with the production planning manager, product line managers, and level I/III technicians. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department, Engineering and Product Line Manager(s), and Level II/III Technicians for providing applicable alternate part numbers for required material. Organize an engine induction meeting in liaison with the production and planning manager, supply chain, operations, and quality departments. Organize biweekly engine production meetings with all key departments and/or personnel. Prepare an engine status report for the production meeting in liaison with the production and planning manager, supply chain, and quality departments. Develop, monitor, and update work instruction as needed during the shop visit or when additional work is required. Liaison with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain for timely completion of engine paperwork. All other ad hoc assignments as needed by senior management.
