Overseeing the global network of litigation firms totaling in excess of $1.2B in obligations. Responsibilities include directing internal representatives, who directly manage over 50 law firms through pre-litigation call & collect efforts, post-suit case monitoring and post-judgment execution. Manage multiple divisions responsible for call and collect operations, recovering past due accounts for a wide range of clients. Additional responsibilities include daily reporting, data management, client communication, firm management (on-boarding and off boarding), client and internal audit monitoring, compliance and HR.
