• Analysis & Reporting - Monitor the health of pass sales business through analysis and development of standardized reports. Partner with stakeholders to develop analysis that supports insight discovery and business decisions. Develop material for executive presentations• Drive Growth - Provide easily understood and actionable recommendations to maximize revenue growth including key drivers such as skier visits or pricing. Proactively identify opportunities uncovered through routine and ad-hoc analysis• Budgeting - Lead the pass sales budget analytics and discussion by partnering with appropriate cross functional teams. Create templates, gather assumptions, build analytical models, breakeven analysis, sensitivity analysis and work with senior leadership to obtain sign off on budgets• Forecasting - Consistently monitor pass sales performance against budget and update monthly forecast to realign against current trends. Assess opportunities and risks; communicate these critical business impacts to the relevant teams along with any recommended actions• Situation Assessment - Create assessment of historical pass sales performance. Construct hypothesis and initiatives for following season in conjunction with pricing team. Repeat this process for sub-seasons as needed• Ad-hoc - Provide proactive and ad hoc analysis to support pass sales initiatives or inquiries. Identify opportunities to modify recurrent reporting to address ad-hoc needs• Partnership - Align with senior leadership, resort marketing directors, finance leads, pricing team and other stakeholders to support business decisions. Partner with product management, information technology and other support teams to ensure product and customer dimensions support analytics and reporting

• Rights Offering - Developed and prepared long range three statement model forecast utilized for raising $25M of debt and $20M of equity.• M&A - Developed numerous DCF excel models used in valuations ranging from $3M digital companies to $100M assets. • Annual Corporate Budget - Responsible for forecasting all revenue, uncollectables, commissions, contractual COGS (publication rights), items below EBITDA, balance sheet & cash flow statement for a $300M company.• FP&A - Lead for analytical support on acquisition valuations, operational analysis, separation analysis, ROI analysis, pricing strategies and long-term strategic planning to deliver insights on critical business decisions.• Treasury Management - Oversee Corporate Treasury Functions including cash management, bank account structure, expertise on existing loan facility, working capital projections.• Reporting - budget and lender presentations, loan compliance, monthly internal reporting for Board of Directors.• Other - Standardize & manage a continuous planning cycle supporting the annual budgeting and long term planning initiatives.
