- Defined HR strategy and led the implementation to move the company off of a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) including compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, 401(k), and completed the project in 8 months.- Led the RFP process for new benefits broker, health care providers, HRIS platform, payroll platform, and 401k administrator.- Responsible for the implementation and data migration efforts across HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, 401(k) platform and achieved Six Sigma level accuracy.- Increased employee satisfaction for employee benefits and improved Net Promoter Score from 38% to 93% while reducing employee out-of-pocket and company costs.- Redefined the compensation philosophy and led base and variable pay, and equity programs.- Served as the chair of a 401K Committee, responsible for overseeing the administration of the program.
