Helping from IT issues to keep the production line from held back or slowed.Lead in many projects:Getting an alternate internet connection through a dish. This helps cut down from days to minutes. Upgrade the network as well remove reduce items. With this we where able to save the cost of having more items on the network then need by 25%. Help upgrade the defenses in depth on site. With this update/upgrade we where about to get a better idea of what on the network as well what needs to be secured better. Pitch a secure idea for upgrading the line while in a Kaisen event. Saving of time each good made on a line would be over 30 minutes down to use of a max of 5 minutes. Securing all assets on site and labeling all that need and removing out dated items over site. Even though it an on going project. The effect of being able to remove 10% of tech not need any more has help remove waste.
