Scott Wiens is a leading independent business consultant and relationship manager directing commercial business development for LR Contracting since 2012. Additionally, his company, Metriq Solutions, advises commercial, multi-family, and industrial asset owners, including home owner's associations (HOA), The companies service includes introducing public adjusters, advocates for the insured, so that commercial clients can enjoy equal representation when deliberating and negotiating with insurance companies. As a regular attendee of all client board meetings, Mr. Wiens believes it is paramount that he remain directly involved with each client for as long as it takes to reach a fair settlement when damage has occurred to any of their properties.Scott Wiens was born November 13, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri and has lived in many states and Canada. As a young adult, Scott moved from Ohio to Keystone, Colorado to teach skiing. A year later, Scott went to Eastern Nazarene University in Boston, Massachusetts where he pursued his degree in Business Administration (1982 - 1986). While there, he also taught skiing and tennis in Vermont and Montreal. After meeting his wife in Boston and having two daughters, Scott moved his family to Evergreen, Colorado and later to Vail. Through friends and contacts, Scott was introduced to the LR Contracting and now leads their business development efforts. Today, Scott remains close to his friends and family. In his leisure time, he is a ski instructor in Vail and is an avid golfer. He is a regular attendee of his church and has donated his time to Movement 5280, a day facility that assists homeless young people in an effort to get them back on their feet and integrated into society. Additionally, Scott has taught courses in his field at multiple universities, colleges and adult education classes around the country. Overall, Scott's priorities in life are his family and his community, while maintaining a balanced work life.
