Whilst at the company, I also had the opportunity to work with other flagship artists on the roster including Gregory Porter, Fatboy Slim, Ludovico Einaudi and The Shires.The buzz for me is finding raw talent and helping a band or artist realise their potential. It means I have the opportunity to work with people far more talented than myself. I try to find like-minded artists who want to work together as a team to create magic.
