Responsible for the successful launch of an interim business unit within Nomilk2day Headhunters

- Responsible for all (recruitment and sales) results and strategies at the Michael Page Utrecht office, including budgeting, P/L management and forecasting.- Managing, developing and coaching of teammembers including managers and Office Manager.- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain teammembers- Active role in the recruitment of senior professionals in various fields, primarily Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance.- Key Account Manager for various (international) customers of PageGroup and closely involved in Preferred Suppliership negotiations- Providing monthly classroom training to new joiners and experienced consultants in collaboration with Training & Development- Act as a coach to (junior) managers in the organization - Daily contacts with supporting departments; HR, IT, Accounting, Billing, Facility etc.- Reporting to Main Board NL, participant in Senior Leadership meetings
