I work as a consultant and auditor of management systems according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001 (previously OHSAS18001:2007).As a consultant I help my clients to develop and implement a management system according to all or some of these standards. As an auditor I strive to help companies find new ways for constant improvement of their operations in a qualitative and sustainable manner. It is all about creating a management system which, by being a natural part - and a supporting part - of an organization, helps them grow and improve their operations. A management system which consists of essential routines and documented best behavior without becoming a cumbersome and over-documented monster. A system which creates a vital base for growth - and also may be certified for relevant ISO standards such as ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.What is good for the clients client and the environment is also good for the company! The move from management development and the implementing of knowledge within organizations to supporting and developing management systems for organizations was in many ways a natural step for me. It all comes down to the same core question - how can we improve our operations? How can we improve the quality of our delivery to our customers and become more and more sustainable environmentally and ethically? Before, I did this with the creation of learning tools that provided an positive environment for continuous improvement through dialog, analysis and learning for all participants. Now I provide the same thing with the creation of management tools and systems for continuous improvement through dialog, analysis and change. Today, as well as before, it all comes down to change and improvement. On a personal level as well as on a corporate level. It is all about creating a deeper understanding for and acceptance of change and improvement.
