This innovative program was created as an alternative staffing approach focusing on recruiting world class STEM talent from Mexico and in so doing, expands and supports the Hispanic community in St. Louis and throughout the country. In his leadership role, Robert is one of NextGen’s ambassadors of change who works to increase awareness of the importance of diversity in the workplace and the workforce, in support of NextGen’s history and ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion. NextGen’s expanded definition of diversity states that every individual is unique and while we not only recognize our differences we embrace them and it involves not only tolerance of these differences but acceptance and respect.
