Lead the production of specialty chemicals to multiple uses with a department of 17 technical Engineers and Chemists. Responsible for all daily technical support and projects including Quality Assurance and customer contact. Responsible for plant Process Safety Management Compliance (5 covered chemicals) with practical use of Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA), Phenomena-Mechanism Analysis (P-M), 4-M Analysis, Why-Why Analysis, and Root Cause corrective action.
