Current>Oversee the security and safety operations and ensure all operating procedures are reviewed, are appropriate for the facility, and carried out in a manner consistent with safety and security practices>Conduct routine security and safety audits of the facility, suggesting and participating in planning meetings to maintain adequate safety and security standards>Provide direct supervision to Security and Safety Coordinators>Ensure supervision and evaluations are conducted regularly and timely>Conducts annual risk assessments and an annual evaluation of performance indicators for the Safety, Life >Safety, and Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Plans>Proactively oversee the security department 24/7 on a call with attention to detail>Perform scheduling and payroll operations>Initiate & execute training and hiring processes efficiently
