As a Service Team Lead at Techie Gurus LLC, I oversee the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services to our clients, leveraging my skills and experience in network administration, computer network operations, Citrix, and Windows Server. I have been working in the information technology and services industry for over 7 years, and I am passionate about providing innovative and effective IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.I have recently obtained my Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Western Governors University, after completing my Bachelor of Science (BS) in Cloud and System Administration at the same institution. I hold multiple certifications, such as MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, Citrix eLearning - XenApp and XenDesktop Introduction, and ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. I also read and understand Spanish and Japanese at a proficient level.
