I am currently retired. I worked thirty plus years as an Operations Research Analyst for the Army, 4+ years with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) as an Operations Research Analyst. I also served from 1965 to 1968 with the US Navy on active duty. Most of my time with the Army was spent at the US Army Logistics Management College (ALMC) in the Systems Engineering Department. I taught classes in Operations Research and in 2000 became the Department Chairman. Over the next six years I brought new technologies into the school to include SharePoint and Blackboard. Managed twenty-two courses and a faculty of 13 in the department and establishing matrix support for teaching math courses in other ALMC Departments during the fiscal year.In 2008 I graduated Naval War College. After an executive developmental assignment I spent the remaining time at the Department of Defense (DoD) working in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) as the Deputy Director for Knowledge Management and Statistical Analysis.I now devote most of my time to the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA) Northern Virginia Chapter 27-2. I am currently serving as the Webmaster and the Treasurer for the Chapter.
