I manage a team of up to 10 programmers on one of the studio's largest games, Barbie Dreamhouse. I lead the team via sprint and roadmap planning, 1-1s, evaluations, and mentorship. Additionally, I facilitate and coordinate technical decisions with an aggressive live-ops update schedule.
