As a professional educator, having more than 20 years of experience, I believe my biggest strength is being able to quickly and easily see skills, gifts, and talents that people don't even realize they have. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping individuals learn and develop their English language (as a second language) skills and seeing them set sail with enthusiasm and confidence toward a future filled with joy, satisfaction, and success beyond their wildest dreams.As the Director of Connectivity, I am responsible for the overall management and operation of the school, including teaching, administration, and training of staff. Its more than 15 years of experience training teachers on the pedagogy of English as a second language.At Connectivity, we believe in providing personalized English language classes to our students and continuously strive to innovate the curriculum. I possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills and I am receptive to continuous changes in the education industry especially post covid, be it virtual teaching specifically blended learning, collaboration tools, and flipped learning, and making education accessible to all by offering online classes.
