Working for construction company, my main responsibilities were:*Preparing estimate/Negotiating contracts with general contractors/customers to reach profitable agreements;*Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise;*Follow companies/projects finances and profits;*Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project;*Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies;*Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed, hire sub-contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities, ;*Supervise the work of laborers, employees etc. and give them guidance when needed(leading team up to 20 people)*Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors.*Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives, market research for new construction product, implementing in market, sales;
